Website design also needs to understand the psychology
In a study recently completed at the University of Kansas (USA), scientists have proven that there is a relatively large gap in thinking between professional website designer and ‘pagan religion’. The results of the study are considered important as the role of web forms is increasingly high, especially to encourage people to use the Internet and online shopping.
Website design also needs to understand the psychology
Our method is asking volunteers participating in and ‘see’ any site, then paint the whole model. The results were unexpected. We get the model site did not exist. This shows how the experts design and ‘ordinary people’ think about the site are not the same – the psychologist Keith Jones, who led the study, said.
Another interesting result that the scientists obtained in this study is the retention category that is particularly prominent in the volunteers. So, in the future, Mr. Jones advised the website design should be organized by type of information and how the site looks simple, easy to see, easy to understand, as well as find information. Also, do not design websites too flashy, ‘wisdom’ does not match the content simple, normal inside. The study also pointed out a common error in the design is the excessive exaggeration or ‘serious’ of their work, making it more when away from the discovery needs of the ‘pagan’.
