200 most memorable moment of Design (Part 1)
Back in 1995, when we published the first Computer Art. And 17 years later with 199 the next, we have developed very good. To celebrate this, we try to pick out the 200 design events in our journey. Please leave a comment
01 Publication Computer Art
May 12/1995; First Computer Art was born, magazines present knowledge of software, hardware and tutorials for visual artists use Mac or Pc.
Designed the first cover sheet related to the main theme of the magazine – a visual effects (manipulation).
02 Neville Brody at the Royal College
Known worldwide, his work for the UK magazine, The Face and Arena, Neville Brody popular than when The Times redesigned and head of the Research Studios.
He has designed many typefaces in his lifetime illustrations, and in 2011 he was appointed chief of the Division of Communication Art & Design at the University of London Royal.
03 Jermyville X computer Arts
An Australian artist illustrates the eclectic school, who impressed by the composer for Disney and Popeye cartoon. His compositions also appear on t-shirts, bags, toys .. and the cards 6/2006 Computer Art
Eclectic perspective: Those who do not follow any certain principles or doctrines, which can at the same time believe in different things. These people may be criticized as inconsistent or no political opinions; but can also be seen as flexible and practical.
04 Poster Design Trainspotting
Trainspotting 1996, express their opinions about books, movies, sound for the late ’90s. Design a poster presentation simple and bright, with characters black and white shooting with the white lines and the letters.
Posters impressive movie and copied this idea a lot.
05 Shepard Fairey and posters HOPE
From the drawings on skateboards and the vermicelli paste bearing the face of Andre the Giant, Shepard Fairey became one of the influential graphic designers of the world’s largest.

06 Riding with Wyld Stallyons
The founder Pixelsurgon, Richard & and Jason Arber collaboration of talent of them together, more Chris Sayer formed a workshop writing animation (moving image) Wyld Stallyons 2006. The next year they launched their short film, The Doll.
Although May has left the group, but the group is still growing composed of six directors, and there are many customers until closing statement in 2012.
07 Healing Brush Tool

08 Myfont upgrade the game to new heights
Whether FontLab and Fontographer has helped so many font designers. But not until 1999 when the MyFonts site introduced with the designers, allowing them to sell their own fonts.

09 Flash On The Beach (FOTB)
John Davey founded the firm FOTB is a place for designers in the world to listen and share ideas, inspiration and creativity for their design skills. In 2012 FOTB renamed Reason to be Creative.
10 The coins of Sagmeister
Stefan Sagmeister and Joe Shouldice and Richard The, has created a huge mosaic on the square in Amsterdam on 9/2008.
The phrase “Obsession makes my life worse, but to do my job better – Obsessions make my life worse but my work better” to be classified from many coins on the sidewalk, then give it to the the Dutch population.
Someone stole the coins, while bonded with their coins. Eventually the police get rid of this arrangement works.
11 Animation Photoshop
In 90 years, British comic artist, Dave McKean decided to determine how to create comic book work. He uses Photoshop to create hand-drawn elements, images, and materials to do the job based on the classic graphic novel by Gaiman, The Sandman.
12 Heathen of Davie Bowie
In 2002, Jonathan Barnbrook reuse Priori, which he co-designed font, to create album art Heathen Davie Bowie. It’s a perfect fit with the theme of religious / non-religious use in the work, it is next to the singer’s image slightly supernatural.
